CompliantRX (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website, (“the Site”) and provides a software solution designed to streamline the patient intake and resupply process while improving the accuracy and efficiency of medical record review. Our platform uses AI technology to reduce the time required to review medical records and identify patients due for continued resupply servicing, to aid in compliance with insurance payers (hereinafter the Site, its resources and our software may be collectively referred to as the “Service”).

For SMS text messages, you may remove your information by replying “STOP” to the SMS text message you have received, and we will remove your personal information within 10 days of receiving such request.

Usage Data

We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”) by you. This Usage Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the webpages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those webpages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. Generally, we do not consider Usage Data to be personal information because Usage Data by itself usually does not identify an individual.
